Dear Schoffields,
I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you recently provided for me!
I came in on the day before Christmas Eve with an evening dress that urgently needed dry cleaning ready for an event the following evening - my own fault for leaving things to the last minute!
My beautiful white dress was badly marked, and was complicated to clean as it was heavily beaded, with multiple layers of fabric.
All the other dry cleaners in Peterborough were closing that day for the Christmas holiday,
and you were the only ones who were able to clean my dress in such short time and at such short notice!
I was worried the dress would not clean, or be badly damaged, but you looked after it, and it came out beautifully!
To top it off, the customer service was so friendly and I even got a text to say when my dress was ready for collection.
